Led by our lovely local Lindsay, Woozy Words is a relaxed, guided creative writing session with prompts, exercises and a bit of word play to get ideas flowing. Whether you’re a regular writer or just fancy giving it a go, Lindsay will lead you through the evening in a fun and friendly way. Rose Fest | 3-5 July | 🎶 ROSE FEST – The Rose… But Louder 🍻 We’re raising funds for Norfolk & Waveney Mind… and we’re doing it the loud way! Across three days we’ve got an incredible line-up, headlined by: 🎤 The amazing Maria Uzor 🎸 Cambridge Band of the Year 2025 Manic Stanley 🔥 Norwich Punk legends North City Lager System Plus DJs, acoustic sets and electronic sessions throughout the weekend. And it’s all completely FREE. 📅 3–5 July 📍 The Rose There’ll be plenty of food, plenty of beer, and plenty of ways to help us raise money — including Beer Passes available in advance. 💛 Why we’re doing this When my partner Carl took his life in March 2020, we were just heading into lockdown. Even then, Norfolk & Waveney Mind were there to support me — just as they are for so many people struggling with their mental health. This is our way of giving something back.
